Area belly dance troupes performed at A Night in the Desert on Saturday, May 5 at Fall Creek High School. Members of the group that hosted the event, the Samsara Belly Dance Troupe, called it a success, and audience members “yipped,” clapped, and did zagarites for the performers. A twist of reality was given April 18 to seniors from Eleva-Strum and Osseo-Fairchild high schools during the schools’ annual “Reality Check” program.
